Abbie lives and breathes music. Growing up in a musical household, with her dad, a luthier, and her grandmother, a singer from Memphis, Abbie has always had music in her life.

As a multi-instrumentalist, Abbie is a well-versed band leader and composer. She has experience being on either side of the microphone, performing solo with her Little Martin and vocals, in bands on the drumkit, playing rhythm guitar at festivals, live and studio audio engineering, music production, artist management, and her most favorite; sitting in a writer’s circle, collaborating on original music.

The only woman in her graduating class, Abbie earned a degree in Recording Arts & Production. She aims to move the needle towards more women professionals in the audio & music industry. Trying always, to inspire her students to overcome any obstacle and to continuously perservere, in order to achieve their goals, and do what they love most.

Abbie takes everything life throws at her in stride, to learn, adapt, and absorb as much as possible. This brings inspiration into her work every day, whether she’s collaborating, recording, performing or teaching.
